Three records, three purposes
A dynamometer measures grip force using standardized positioning and procedures. A ring’s 30/40/50 LB labels are resistance versions; repetitions and training time record activity. These cannot be directly converted into one another.
A number needs context
Hand pain, posture, equipment, dominant hand and testing procedures affect results. An international systematic review organizes adult reference data by age and sex and discusses protocol differences. Reference values provide context, not a standalone diagnostic cutoff.
What can SJ200 record?
According to official guidance, SJ200 records repetitions and training time and stores up to 40 offline records. It is general exercise equipment. Game scores are not medical grip values, and it does not automatically produce medical reports for each hand.
